Roof and Wall Panels
The PBR (Purlin Bearing Rib) metal panel is a high quality, versatile panel option that can be easily installed on the roof or the wall of the building. The panel is a screw down panel. It can also be installed both horizontally and vertically depending on the customer’s desired choice. The PBR metal panel is known for is functionality, durability, and reliability. It is perfect for residential and commercial use. The standard roof panel comes in Galvalume, but we offer many color choices for those that want a painted roof. The wall panel has many colors to choose from as well. (See our color chart section) Here are some of the PBR metal panel features:
Thickness can be 26 or 24 Gauge
Tensile Strength is 80,000 PSI or higher
Coverage width is 36’’
Diaphragm Shear is ASTM-E455
Rib Height is 1.25’’
Wind uplift Resistance is UL580
Rib Spacing is 12’’ on Center
Impact Resistance is UI2218
Rust Protection is Galvalume AZ55 or AZ50

Standing Seam Roof Panels
The Standing Seam Roof is the king of metal roofs. These systems feature interlocking seams that connect panels, giving the roof a distinct appearance. The advantages they provide are like none other. With an SSR, there are no exposed screw heads, which provides for greater leak resistance. The SSR is designed where there is a concealed fastener metal panel system with long vertical or trapezoidal legs with a broad flat area between the two legs. The connecting point where the two-meet form a vertically pointed rib, or seam, that is usually 2-3 inches high. Since these panels are attached to the roof deck with clamps, they are free of any holes from nails. SSR panels are designed for thermal expansion and contraction, making them great for constant changing climate regions. The most common gauge for an SSR is 24 gauge. A SSR is highly recommended on roofs with pitches less than 1:12. Here are some of the SSR metal panel features:
